Concept

This project involves a refurbishment or upliftment to the existing Hundreds Heritage Restaurant. The main aim was to retain its heritage and brand value and enhance it in a way by adding more richness and grandeur to the space. The theme for the interiors was a fusion of contemporary and mediterranean which suited the cuisine as well. Usage of wooden elements in the ceiling as rafters, for the furniture and as a subtle panelling for half the height of the walls was done to add to the richness. Accent lighting, cove lighting and drop lights played an important role in the space to create the ambience suited for the fine dining experience. Copper was also included in the design for few elements like the furniture and in the drop lights which complemented the rest of the elements.
