An existing office space was designed to be renovated with a complete new upliftment and ambience. A lobby/reception space in front with a curved wall as a backdrop divides the rest of the workspace from the lobby. A circular meeting pod is placed behind the curved wall to overlook the entire office space which has an open planning. A series of cabins for the manager and MD's are placed beside the main aisle with glass partitions. Ample storage, pantry space and a staff lounge are a few other spaces in the design. The overall look and feel is sophisticated with the usage of materials - epoxy flooring, cement finish ceiling, wooden desks, glass partitions and a subtle splash of colour in the partition between desks. Lighting design also plays an important part of the design with a combination of general lighting and cove lighting/drop lights.
